Delicious meals with a high nutritional value don’t come by together as one these days.  Especially with the rise of instant and processed food that fills up the 80% of our storage.  Admit it!

While there are a lot of alternatives in getting the right diet that’s suitable in our frantic lifestyle, there is one that’s gaining a buzz to the health conscious which delivers maximum amount of nutrients with minimum calories.  It was recently baptized as the modern day “super-food” status.

Presenting, the Chia Seeds of South America.  This tiny plant is a perfect addition to our daily consumption as this is a good source of fiber and protein.  As we know, fiber helps lowering our cholesterol level and aids our digestion.
